Kielbasa Skillet Dinner Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 links Vegan kielbasa sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 large Bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the sliced vegan kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the baby spinach and cherry tomatoes, and cook until the spinach is wilted.
Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Serve hot.
