Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious vegan kimchi fried rice recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the chopped kimchi and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce, mixing well.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
6. Toss in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
