  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and coconut milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Pour mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Once cooled, use a kitchen torch to caramelize the top before serving.
