  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 2 kiwi Kiwis peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado Avocado diced
  • 1 small Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 lime Lime juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Olive oil for brushing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine kiwi, avocado, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each crostini with the kiwi avocado salsa.
