  • 1 cup Soy curls rehydrated
  • ½ cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 8 pieces Taco shells

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rehydrate soy curls according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the soy curls with Korean BBQ sauce until heated through.
  3. 3. Warm taco shells in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by adding soy curls, shredded cabbage, carrots, and cucumber to each shell.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
