Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy curls rehydrated
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 4 pcs Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rehydrate soy curls according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3. Add rehydrated soy curls to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated soy curls and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
