Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly.
  2. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Add cucumbers, green onion, and sesame seeds. Toss well.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
