Main Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Slice cucumbers thinly.
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Add cucumbers, green onion, and sesame seeds. Toss well.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
