gochujang (Korean chili paste)

soy sauce

cubed tofu

chopped spinach

sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, cook for another minute.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms and tofu, simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in spinach and sesame oil, cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
