- 2 cups Coconut yogurt unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried mint
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with dried mint.
