Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles Use gluten-free if needed
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan ricotta
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella Shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
  4. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread a layer of vegan ricotta over the noodles, followed by a layer of spinach.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce and vegan mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
