  • 4 cups Potatoes, grated
  • 1 cup Onion, grated
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes and onion, then place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them into patties.
  5. 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
