Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour four ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Divide batter among ramekins. Place a few chocolate chips in the center of each.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
