  • 2 teaspoon loose leaf Earl Grey tea
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add Earl Grey tea and dried lavender. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a mug.
  4. Stir in maple syrup if desired.
