Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice about 4-5 lemons
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves packed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the cooled sugar water, lemon juice, and basil leaves. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. 4. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and serve.
