  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the lemon juice and whisk to combine.
  4. 4. Stir in the nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and serve warm over your favorite dishes.
