Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
