Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
