  • ¼ cup vegan butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt vegan butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and vegetable broth, stirring well.
  4. Add nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve warm over pasta or vegetables.
