Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add tofu strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Place tofu strips in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
