  • 8 oz chickpea pasta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat.
  4. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
