Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
  4. Spread the tofu cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tofu is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
