Main Ingredients
- 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat each piece evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
4. Place the marinated tofu slices on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the tofu is heated through.
5. Remove from the grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
