  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the vegan salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with the lemon herb mixture.
  4. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fillets are cooked through.
