Lemon Lime Vegetable Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
Add cilantro and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
