Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest grated
- 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped
1. In a bowl, combine water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
4. After 30 minutes, use a fork to scrape the ice crystals that form around the edges.
5. Repeat scraping every 30 minutes for about 2 hours, until the entire mixture is fluffy and granular.
6. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
