Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, lemon juice, maple syrup, and agar-agar powder.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
