Instructions

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
