Main Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat with the olive oil and garlic.
4. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
