- ½ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
