Lemon Sorbet Recipe
A refreshing vegan lemon sorbet.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice About 4-5 lemons
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest From 1 lemon
1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
2. Mix the cooled syrup with lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
5. Scoop and serve.
