Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest grated

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the syrup into a jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
