Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, pressed
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add lemongrass and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add tofu, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until tofu is golden brown.
  5. 5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in lime juice before serving.
