  • 1 cup lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lb vegan chicken substitute cut into chunks

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix lemongrass, soy sauce, maple syrup, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Add vegan chicken chunks to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread the marinated vegan chicken onto skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until charred and cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
