Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Almond milk
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass Bruised
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, almond milk, and bruised lemongrass stalks. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sugar and agar-agar powder. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove lemongrass.
  4. 4. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
