Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, grated carrots, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
