Instructions
1. In a food processor, pulse the lentils and mushrooms until finely chopped.
2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
