Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Lentils
  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, pulse the lentils and mushrooms until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
