Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cooked
- 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
2. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Form the mixture into patties.
5. Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
