Lentil Mushroom Walnut Burger Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- ½ cup walnuts finely chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, combine lentils, mushrooms, walnuts, onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, and cumin. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Form the mixture into 4 patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are firm and browned.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
