Salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened.
Add cumin and paprika. Stir well.
Add lentils, vegetable broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
