Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils, cooked
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated carrots
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, grated carrots, chopped onions, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into kebab shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
