Instructions
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add cooked lentils, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with sesame oil before serving. Enjoy!
