Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Carrot sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add cooked lentils, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving. Enjoy!
