- 2 Cucumbers sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix gently.
