- 10 lemons organic, washed
- 1 liter vodka
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith. Place the peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it sit for 1 week.
After 1 week, make a simple syrup by heating the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
Strain the lemon peels from the vodka and mix the vodka with the simple syrup. Pour into bottles and chill before serving.
