Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
