Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked lentils, smoked paprika, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
