  • 2 cups Hearts of Palm chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 Hot Dog Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine hearts of palm, vegan mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, celery, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hot dog buns.
  4. Fill each toasted bun with the mixture and serve immediately.
