  • 1 cup macadamia nuts soaked overnight
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked macadamia nuts.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
