Main Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
1. Add all ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
