- 1 piece Mango peeled and sliced
- 1 piece Avocado peeled and sliced
- 8 pieces Rice Paper
- 1 cup Mixed Greens washed
1. Prepare all ingredients by peeling and slicing the mango and avocado.
2. Soak rice paper in warm water until pliable.
3. Place a small amount of mango, avocado, and mixed greens in the center of the rice paper.
4. Roll the rice paper tightly around the filling.
5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
