Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Mango, sliced
- 8 pieces Rice paper
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Carrot, julienned
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping and slicing as needed.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper into the water for about 10 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened rice paper on a flat surface. Place a small amount of shrimp, mango, lettuce, carrot, and mint in the center.
4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
