  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine mangoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
