- 2 pcs Mangoes cut into chunks
- 2 pcs Red Bell Peppers cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Thread mango and bell pepper chunks onto skewers.
3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
4. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
